It’s protein. But you’re not alone. In my clinic there’s a common eating pattern I see a lot. Particularly with women trying to conceive. It starts with breakfast, consisting of something along the lines of coffee + toast with avo. Then a salad or sandwich for lunch, maybe with a little bit of chicken added in. They are great healthy options. But there’s still a problem.
